1. OUR GOLDEN RULE - NO MEANS NO!!!


2. Any one may say NO at any time for any reason!! If you are in a situation that makes you uncomfortable, just say no! Don’t jeopardize your happiness and satisfaction with the lifestyle, or that of your partner by doing something against your will just because you are afraid to say no. Be honest initially, and you will avoid misunderstandings.


3. Always treat each other with respect not only your own partner but the other members as well.


4. NO single males are allowed in the club. If a couple comes to the club and the female half of the couple leaves for any reason then the male must leave also. Even if the female is going to the store and plans on returning the male must go with her and then both can return that same evening.


5. For your first visit to The Retreat plan on having a nice dinner and enjoying the sexually charged dance floor. If things heat up, great! If not, don’t worry, this way you’ll both be completely comfortable. The lifestyle is all about honesty, and what can be more honest and pure than friendship?


6. When you first enter The Retreat, you are most likely nervous. You don't know anybody here, and you aren't sure just what to expect. So here you are at a swinger club for the first time you will probably be nervous, apprehensive, and also excited. You expect quite a bit when you arrive, this can cause a lot of stress for new members. This is normal and something we all have gone through. Just relax, take a deep breath, and have fun!


7. You might expect a lot when you first come to our club and that’s probably the biggest cause of anxiety for our first time visitors. We realize that for many couples its hard to not think about fulfilling all of you fantasies. As a first time visitor, wives are usually more nervous about the evening, and one sure way to add fuel to that nervous fire is for her to see her husband bouncing off the walls with excitement. The best way to approach the evening is with only one single expectation, and that is to have a fun time together. You may be surprised to learn how many couples who have been in the lifestyle for 5 to 10 years will say the come to just meet other people.


8. Deal with jealousy head on!! It is a normal reaction! Discover what riggers it, and work it out together. You may have to modify your activities, but your relationship is not worth losing.


9. Always let your steady partner know he/she is # 1. Arrive together, take time to caress, touch base often, it make one feel secure.


10. Respect the guidelines you as a couple have made. Communicate them with other couples. Open, honest communication imperative! And respect others guidelines as well.


11. The lifestyle is a lot of fun! It can be used as a tool to meet new friends. But it is not intended for a band-aide for a shaky relationship. If you are trying to fix your problems, this will not work for you.


12. If you are rejected (and it happens to everyone, even women too!) do not take it personally; please do not make a scene. It is almost as hard to reject than it is to be rejected.


13. Demand absolute discretion! Discretion is paramount in this lifestyle! Privacy is imperative.


14. NO cell phones are allowed in the club!!!! The privacy of the members is very important, with this in mind we do not allow cell phones in the club.
