About The Retreat Membership Requirements.
We are a private membership club open to all couples consisting of male and female as well as single ladies. Sorry we do not allow single males. All swinging lifestyle preferences are welcome and can find what they are looking at our swinger club in Denver.
Membership is limited to couples and single ladies only. Your membership is valid for 12 months. All couples must appear in person to receive a membership. You must sign a waiver, upon signing you agree to the club rules. We consider all information private and confidential we never release, sell, rent, or share this information with anyone. Being a member at The Retreat, entitles you to attend functions and participate in our frequent visitors program. This program will be explained to you when you buy your annual membership. As a member you will also receive if you choose to do so our monthly flyer announcing special events, either by monthly US postage (snail mail) or by email.
The following are the minimum requirements for membership.
-Must be 18 years of age.
-No illegal drugs or illegal drug use on the club premises is allowed!!!
-Smoke in designated areas only.
-You must be part of a couple (Male & Female) or a single lady.
-No unescorted males.
-Paid escorts are prohibited.
-Anyone arriving in an intoxicated condition will not be allowed in.
-Altercations, insulting others or gestures will not be tolerated.
-Violation of any of the above or the Proscribed Conduct is just cause for immediate ejection & possible permanent exclusion, with no refunds.
-The cost for our 12 month membership is for couples $100 and for single ladies is $30.
-We do offer a 3 month out of state membership for $50 you must ask for this membership and show a valid out of state drivers license to receive this offer.
